Shoppers Drug Mart

The worst pharmacy I have ever had to deal with. They NEVER have refills ready when they say they will. Last minute prescriptions take a minimum of 1 hour. If using their delivery they never come during the window they give you.My family chose this pharmacy because it is closer to us than others and its open untill midnight. Well it used to be open untill midnight. We are changing everything from here to somewhere else. This place is terrible!! 1/10

If there would be an option of zero star i would have given that. Very poor customer service. Manager is very rude as well. Not there to help customers find anything or help with transaction but to cause problems buying stuff. Would never go again. Its better to drive a bit far than going on this shoppers. In LaSalle got a good experience but as we moved here this shoppers cashiers & manager are very arrogant & rude.

Pharmacy is terrible. Will jerk you around for days on a prescription you need. Called mutliple times each time was instructed to call my doctor or previous pharmacy to have them contact shoppers. After doing so each time they people at the shoppers pharmacy refused to be helpful no one seems to do anything there

There is an ongoing issue with the cashier with the grey hair. I don't know what is going on with her personal life. However (I am not alone on this situation) she's been very condescending and treating people like they are a huge inconvenience or even inferior. How is she still an employee after years of being rude to customers? (your guess is as good as mine) thank you for adding self check out. That's all I am going to use now.

I had to post a one star rating for a Grey haired lady cashier here. Obviously, she is stressed by the company. Go figure with its track record. She has been a nasty one and will reap her rewards as a past employee. Happy retirement!

This location of shoppers drug mart is actively overcharging for their baby formula (and I'm sure many other things). I came in with a coupon from the Enfamil formula manufacturer indicating that I could receive a container of formula with a max price of $21.99 which is considered the appropriate price for the item. Unfortunately, this shoppers was requesting $25.99 for said item.I was greeted by a very rude cashier whose name tag indicated she was the supervisor. Her facial expressions, tone of voice and body language were all disrespectful in nature, even before she indicated that they would expect me to pay the difference of $4 for my coupon. I told her I had encountered this situation before and the store decided to honour it. Not willing to sit there and argue with her, I asked to speak with her manager. The manager tried to tell me the same thing, but did leave for a moment to double check".When she returned

They doubled my prescription without telling me so I could consult my doctor. This isn't a hot chocolate it's a prescription.

Not all but the younger ones have bad attitudes. They will even say they scanned your optimum card but you'll like at your bill and see they didnt. Buying lottery tickets even seems like a hassle for them if you buy more than one. Came in here again aug 24 2020 to get lottery tickets i told the teller i want to pay for a another ticket separately ahead of time she still punched it in with my first purchase then gave me a oops sorry i she should of did it separately...another young girl .well we see what happens next time.

Depending on my outfit they’ll follow me around the store thinking I’ll steal so they’re very judge mental here and I don’t recommend wearing baggy clothes if you don’t want to be treated horribly and like a thief
