Amazing! I walked in looking to use the picture copying equipment, found it easy enough and was about to try and figure it out when a young lady named Charlotte came along offering her assistance with my pictures! She asked a few questions about what I wanted to do and proceeded to help process my pictures expertly as she knew exactly how to work the copier! She knew about sizing, brightness, and how to crop pictures. While my pictures were printing I went and found some frames to put them in later, WOW! Charlotte said, would you like me to put the pictures in to the frames?". Incredible service! Not only was she extremely friendly

Went in to get citizenship photos taken. The employees were all busy so I didn't mind waiting a couple minutes. The manager came out, took my photos, and gave them to me free of charge for my patience! Such great and fast service! This is my second time going here for photos and will definitely be back if I need more. Thanks Scott!

I’m not sure who was helping my mom (Leni) but my grandma had passed away suddenly and my mom had come to Henry’s for a portrait of her.The very kind employee heard my grandma had passed and said the portrait was on the house. My mom was in tears.Thank you so much Henry’s for making this difficult time for us somewhat easier.

I purchased a Canon R10 just after Christmas, along with Henry's Extended Life Plan. Unfortunately, within a few weeks I noticed a small defect on the LCD screen on the camera. Since it was within the first 30 days of owning the camera, I was sent a brand new one from Henry's. Dawn and Michelle were extremely helpful, and had a new camera sent out promptly after receiving the defective one. Throughout this process, I had some issues with the postage carrier (not Henry's fault) when receiving my replacement, however, Dawn and Michelle were both great with checking in and doing everything they could to help me figure that out.Great customer service! Thanks

Came in the other month to get help with my camera card and had a wonderful experience with the staff. Super helpful and nice. I love the option for developing your disposable cameras where you get all the images digitally as well as a physical copy. I have never heard of photo places doing this. So this was amazing and saved me the trouble.10/10 experience. Thank you Henrys.

I want to thank Matt for his patience and understanding while i was having some memorial photos (that were very dear to me) taken from my phone. First of all i didn't know how to use the machine and he stood right by me and helped me out with the whole process. I was so anxious I just basically let him use my phone because I kept fumbling and losing my photos. He was very kind and helped me out...he is a great asset to Henry's! I made two trips before deciding to make my purchase, I knew I wanted to move to a mirrorless system but was completely undecided.Matt gave me some great insight and valuable information.Later when I returned with some items to trade in Matt informed me of all the promotions and managed to save me an extra sum of money.Im very happy with my purchase and even happier with the service I got from Matt

Pleasant, knowledgeable staff. Pretty good selection of cameras and lenses. I was looking for film to test a Canon AE-1 Program, and they had both Kodak color and Ilford B&W. As per normalfor Hernry's, bit pricy.

Terrible experience at this store. Brought my camera in for repairs back in July of 2022. Paid to have it fixed only to have it have the same issues three days into a trip. Brought the camera back, took three months to get it back from repair. Had no updates during the process. I had to call once and all they time me is that it was being “shipped” around until someone could fix it. Finally got it back three months later (drove three hours one way) each time to get this camera only to find out that they fixed the original problem but caused some issues with the display screen. I called them and they told me “bring it down and we will ship it out again” no apologies or anything. Staff also very stuck up and really don’t take the time to help you when you are looking around. Multiple times I have been in waiting at the counter for 10Plus minutes while they are on the computer. They make eye contact but don’t say “I’ll be with you shortly”not even acknowledging you being there. Also was told to look for cameras for “beginners” from a staff member. I don’t usually complain or “review” places but these last few visits have been terrible: I am looking at purchasing a new camera and I am so hesitant to even go back there.
