If you are looking for a go to Starbucks location this one is it! All the staff is very friendly. Especially Alex with his amazing customer service! Always greeted with a smile and my drink is always made right. I’ve been to a lot of Starbucks locations but this one truly feels like they want to know their customers.

Conveniently located in the Durham Centre right where Costco, LCBO, Guess and of course right inside Chapters. Genius they have this store located in Chapters. Zany and cool staff, who make the drinks right and very friendly. If you don't have the mobile app for your Starbucks card, be good to yourself and download it. I use this all the time and my order is always ready. Staff here are super awesome if the drink is not available via mobile order, and adjust your order to your needs.

Stopped for a coffee and a bite. They had not one of the three things I wanted. When my girlfriend inquired about using the bathroom she was told it belongs to chapters and can't be used at that time of day, the door was in the starbucks.

Their door alarm is broken. Each time I go there, I take my laptop with me and this trigger the alarm. The Alarm shrieks on my way in and out. It has been months I noticed this and no one bother fixing it! As well, their drinks are expensive with over half of the cold drinks filled with ice cubes. No value for money!

There's something about a Starbucks location in a chapters Book store. it just seems to work so well.This one is no exception, Good friendly fast service with some comfy seating.

I come here once and a while on Saturdays with my daughter. It’s a busy place but usually quite fast. They always get the order right, and the drinks are always delicious. The staff is also quite friendly and helpful.
