Poor service,I tried ordering a part for my truck was left in the dark. After hearing nothing I made 3 follow up calls over the course of 4 weeks only to be misinformed and put off with excuses as to the availability. Upon giving up and spending approximately 5 minutes online I secured the part at where? One of their sister stores. It arrived within 3 days and was accepted with appreciation.Thank you Edmonton store you are awesome". Kelowna store

Awesome shop! They didn't have what I needed in stock, so they ordered it in for me. The parts came sooner than expected, and it was cheaper than buying them online. I received excellent customer service both on the phone and in person, I'll certainly be doing business here again!

They deserve more than 5 STARS ! I purchased a canopy for my Nissan Frontier from them. Shopping experience was excellent, very professional people. Had my headlights start failing only a few months after purchase, so I called to see if they could help me diagnose the issue over the phone. They suggested I bring it in to have their tech look into it and ended up staying late to get me up and running again. They even swapped some parts to make sure the fix was going to stick - so far, no problems. The guys here went above & beyond to make sure my family and I were safe and satisfied. Highly recommend.
