Amazone Playzone

It's the first time I've taken my kids to Amazone Playzone, and it was one of their first experiences as well (although one child has been there a couple of times for some birthday parties). We arrived a couple of minutes after opening on a Sunday and I was pleasantly surprised to find that it wasn't very busy at all, even though it was extremely smoking outside to do some recent wildfires, so I was anticipating that it would be busy. I'm guessing it's somewhat comparable to other activity centres when it comes to pricing, but I did find it interesting that they do have two other areas that you have to pay an additional fee to enter, but I guess if you have younger children that wouldn't be able to go into that area due to some restrictions such as height and age, then it's probably nice that it's not included in the pricing.The kids had a blast running around and exploring. It is a very large facility and it's quite easy to lose track of your kids, but there's really no way for them to leave and I found that they always came and found me. The playzone itself seemed quite clean and tidy, but that could be due to the fact that we were there first thing. There's a large area with tables and chairs to sit down for a break and some food or snacks. There seemed to be quite a few individual rooms for birthday party bookings as well. There was one obstacle made of closely weaved netting that I was surprised to find parts of it were being held together with zip ties. This is located 8+ feet in the air. I don't suspect it would give way with only a couple of small children in/on it, but it's something that kind of made me be more aware of when my kids were playing inside of it.The ninja warrior, trampoline and climbing area was quite fun for them as well, although they didn't spend too much time there either. The kids do have to be careful if they are on any of the balancing beams jousting as I know there was one instance where a couple of boys fell into the padded out (which seems a bit harder than one would expect) and I believe they banged their heads on one another just based on how they fell. They were alright after a bit of crying though, but I could see it being an issue if the area was quite busy with kids.Overall I wouldn't hesitate to return with the kids in the future, but I'd probably prefer to attend early again.

Went there for a child's birthday party, it was my first time there. Very big! Lots of places for kids to go wild, and plenty of games. However when we left nobody checked to make sure we were leaving with our own kids, we could've just taken someone else's children and no one would know. Anyways, it was great there.

I recently visited this place with my children, and I must say it was a disappointing experience. The overall atmosphere was chaotic and uninviting. The staff seemed disinterested and rude, showing no enthusiasm or willingness to assist.The staff was so upset because I decided to choose an offer price for multiple access over a single access because that’s an extra work for her.Overall, I would not recommend this place to anyone seeking a fun and safe environment for their children.

place is huge! Went here for birthday party. Could use a good sweeping between parties? Had lots of crumbs on the party room we had even before the food was served. Service need to do a bit better, No one really checked in if we needed anything for party like refills or ketchup, etc. They have weaved fabric material on one of the play area, we noticed a funky smell.

Huge play place for kids to share their sickness. Can't complain because they have a lot equipment to keep them busy and entertained.Great job to the owner and employees who have to keep and put up with the kids and annoying parents.As of this post, parking is limited because of construction next door. When this place is busy, parking stinks and people in don't know how to park. If we can rate how people park, I'd do that in a heart beat.

I came here on a long weekend Saturday it was packed but inside the playground wasn’t too bad. I went with a 18mo, there was plenty to keep him from occupied. It was a lot of fun between the arcade games and the playground. I thought the entrance fee was reasonable as well. The playground seem to be fairly clean considering the amount of kids that rip through there. I wish there was more tables.. there was people hunkered down everywhere trying to eat their lunch.

I recently visited Amazon Playzone Indoor Playground with high hopes for a fun-filled day. However, I must express my disappointment with the overall experience.Firstly, upon arrival, I noticed that several games were out of service. This was quite frustrating as it limited the variety of activities available for children . The lack of maintenance and attention to these games greatly impacted the enjoyment of our visit.Furthermore, the behavior of the staff was nothing short of disappointing. They exhibited a rude and unfriendly attitude throughout our time at the playground. Their lack of professionalism was evident in their interactions with customers. Instead of providing a warm and welcoming environment, the staff seemed disinterested and unhelpful, further dampening the overall experience.As a customer, I believe that service quality and a friendly atmosphere are crucial elements in any entertainment venue. Unfortunately, Amazon Playzone failed to deliver on both fronts. The negative attitude and unprofessionalism demonstrated by the staff left a lasting impression on our visit.

We had my nephews birthday here today. It was a clean and safe place for the kids to play, semi supervised, with lots of areas for adults to be present, or distant from their kids while they play. The cafeteria is big with many options for food. Nice size party room and mascots!! My nephew loved seeing Pikachu! The staff were basically zombies, but it's Monday so I'm sure they're just doing their best- totally understandable. They were present, helpful and timely with the services they provide. I also appreciate that they have an arcade for the older kiddos. It is a great place for most age of kids. Would definitely do a party here again!

The atmosphere here is great, the food is pretty average for the type of food served but the play area is great, I was absolutely in awe when I walked in with my toddler. He had such a good time and spent all my energy. The fishing game is super fun, the slides are crazy cool and I will not be forgetting this experience.
