Great company to do business with!

Extremely unprofessional. We had a scheduled appointment made for over 2 weeks. Received a voicemail the night before explicitly stating that IF WE DO NOT HEAR FROM YOU

I am a huge advocate of Google reviews in that they help others find businesses that they would want to deal with or to stay away from. After calling Van's 1 hour and was quoted over $600 for a 1500 sq. ft. home I decided to look elsewhere. I called Fox Valley Clean Air even though their reviews looked sub par. I talked with the owner (Dan) who was great to work with as he answered all of my questions since I am a new home owner. He explained the process and was able to keep me updated when they needed to reschedule. I was very happy with the business side of it.On the day of I called to confirm that they would be at my house at noon which they were. Nick and his assistant Rob were great to work with as well. They were prompt and professional. I was not able to be home due to my work schedule but my boyfriend had said that Nick was going to send me pictures. The below pictures are my vents and I think they speak for themselves how clean Fox Valley Clean Air was able to get my vents!

Awesome service! From the initial phone call to the service provided today for our dryer vent getting cleaned. We ended up having a tear in our ductwork for the dryer and the technicians went above and beyond to help my husband resolve how he would be able to axcess it.Thanks much highly recommend

Excellent customer service!! My ducts are super clean now and they left a great smelling aroma in the vents. Great techs, didnt leave a mess and locked my doors when they were done. I recommend them to anyone!!

They did the job I hired them to do. I wouldn't use them again. Be aware, if you have pets they will leave your door wide open without warning you.

I didn't have to wait long, a couple weeks, that's normal, had a reminder call the day before, they were a little early but called to make sure that was alright. I would hire again, professional, nice, courteous, reasonably priced.
