Countryside Boarding, Grooming & Doggie Daycare

If you care about your dog, don’t bring them here. Our dog was traumatized after coming back from this place, and his paw was infected (he was in PERFECT health before being boarded and was only there for 2 nights!). Will NEVER bring him back to this place. INCREDIBLY disappointed.

Recently took my 2 large dogs for a full groom with Vanessa and she was amazing! It only took about 2 hours and she followed my requests for grooming preferences. My pooches looked and smelled soooo good!Highly recommend the place, highly recommend Vanessa and will most definitely be using their services next time.

Great place and affordable service! Our dog loves to be there. I highly recommend this place to anyone who lives near Waterloo and Kitchener.

If I could leave a minus review I would. The biggest mistake was to take our 2 pups to board/daycare at Countryside. They are totally different personalities than we dropped them off. These pups were joined at the hip, played great together. Now, they cannot even be in the same room. And not surprisingly I get no response from Countryside when I request more details on their stay. All I can say is run, run, run the other way! Do not subject your pups to this place.

I used to bring my dog there all the time now I can’t even get her in. She loved it there.Seems if you don’t book your dog in Monday to Friday you can t get in.They’re booking for April 2 months away.It’s sad because I was a loyal customer and now I have to find a new place to go….Sad ….I wrote this review, Wayback when, and they have never reached out to me .

Great dog borders. We bring our dog here all the time and he always comes back happy and tired from a long day of fun. The customer service here is amazing. The employees love what they do. They're always energetic and they will bring a smile your face just from the joy they get from seeing the dogs come in. Both daycare and boarding services are awesome.Emily, Jessica, Shana and Logan are all amazing, will make you feel welcomed, comfortable and have great customer service.Great place, Great value, You will not be disappointed.

I've been taking Everest there for a year and a half and I think she had a great time. However, recently she was attacked by another dog there and ended up with 5 stitches. When I called Countryside, they said nothing happened. I don't know why they are being quiet about the whole thing. The only thing they said was that she is in a high energy area and they can get rough. WHAT!!!???If attacking and biting your furbaby to warrant 5 stitches is their idea of friendly rough play, then they should rethink continuing their business, otherwise, more cases like this and they could have lawsuits on their hands.

Left our two dogs with the great staff here for a week while we were on vacation. I can happily say our dogs look like they were in great hands and they were even able to assist with daily meditation. Lots of tail wags when we got back and it's easy to see from the cleanliness of the facility and how happy/healthy our dogs were, that the staff not only care but take pride in how they treat their guests. Thank you.
