I am replacing 70% of the flooring in my home. It's a big investment of time and money. The job needs to be done right, since it features so prominently. Tyler McLarty at Millhouse helped me select a beautiful product (it looks spectacular) and has navigated a rather tricky install. His problem solving skills are top notch!!

I have gone to Millhouse a few times over the years, and have been happy, but nothing stood out, but last week need some carpet for my rental and the staff (esp. Tyler) were very helpful and very accommodating. When i need flooring again, i wont even bother checking other place, cause it will be a waste of time, i will just go to millhouse. All i can say is thank you

I am no expert in flooring, but I have done few flooring jobs (house(s) and condo(s)) in the past. I met with Shannon from Millhouse Carpet in 2021 November, and let her know my flooring requirements (vinyl planks). Shannon was very helpful, knowledgeable, and most importantly very accommodating (I was at the store at least 3 times, before the flooring job was done). I am impressed with Shannon professionalism, and would definitely recommend her service.

UPDATE: I have changed my review to FIVE STARS. Not installing the transition was a misunderstanding, entirely on my part. Steven, the owner, contacted me right away. When I spoke with him, he explained the situation and offered to install the transition. He was kind and understanding.Right now we are just organizing this appointment. I hope readers who've been there
