Skinsational Day Spa
I'm very happy with my experience at Skinsational. My first time there, I went in a group and we all got shellac French tips done. The service was excellent and my nails lasted much longer than any previous manicure. This time I went for a basic manicure and polish, and again I had an amazing experience with customer service and the outcome of my nails. This time, I actually chipped one of my nails on the way out, and the girl who had done them touched it up right then and there for no extra charge. I'll be back whenever I'm in the area and definitely recommend Skinsational to anybody looking for a relaxing, professional, and elegant spa experience.

I occasionally go into Skinsational to get a hot stone massage from Donna. I am not typically able to relax, but this is the one thing that actually makes me take a moment to gather my thoughts and regain some focus. Donna is a quiet and kind individual who knows exactly what my body needs to decompress! Every time I leave I feel like I have been pampered and like I need a nap!

I don’t appreciate their policy of keeping my credit card on file in case of no showing to appt. As well everytime I make an appt it’s limited availability for services. I believe the customer service provided isn’t align with the high price services. Compared to a basics salon this company should be doing way better at treating it’s customers.

4 of us went for the 'pamper me' package. Wonderful afternoon! Clean, beautiful setting. Staff was friendly, funny and knowledgeable. Victoria was amazing! Highly recommend and will be going back! Thank you!

I know it will always be a good experience here. Coming here for services over the years, I know they will always be friendly at the door and there’s just a warm welcoming feeling.Mandy is phenomenal. She’s always made me feel comfortable and is so (thankfully) quick which adds to the positive experience. My last visit, she accommodated an extra service for me, at the end of her day… she could have easily said no and to book back another day.Not to mention, she’s easy to chat with and hilarious.I appreciate the team they have here.Thanks always!

I love this spa! I live over an hour away, but anytime I'm near Barrie I work an appointment into my schedule. Best manicures and pedicures anywhere from Barrie to Aurora with really nice quality products. And their staff are the absolute best, so friendly and always make me feel welcome. Highly recommend!

Went in yesterday with a bridal party to get our nails done, this place is beautiful, clean and the staff is great the only down fall is that not even 3 hours of getting a regular manicure done the nailpolish started to chip thats my only complaint.. just keeps on peeling
