Every time we go to this Castle location we are delighted with their customer service. Once again a couple of days ago Dale's service was superb. Friendly staff who like to find solutions to whatever project we are busy with. Thank you very much. We'll be back again and again.

I’ve been here a few times recently due to my boat renovations and the customer service is exceptional!Today myself and husband went in to get some ply wood for our deck and the two men who helped us choose the correct wood and also cut it so it would fit in our SUV were very helpful! Good banter too! Would recommend 100%

Helping me with cutting my wood boards that I need to all my hardware supplies, right down to my kitchen items. Castle has been my go to homebase for years. They are so helpful and friendly it's always a pleasure to shop there. They have a variety of things there and also Great seasonal stuff as well.

The staff are helpful and parking is convenient. However it's difficult to find the items I need for projects due to constant turnover of suppliers stocking the shelves. I'm told that's the cause but who knows? High quality sand paper etc is no longer available here.
