Primordial Yoga

I was fortunate enough to be present for the first day of Primordial Yoga! I experienced both the kundalini and the nidra yoga sessions. I took advantage of the beautiful new yoga items available to me, including a professional mat, warm blanket and super cool sitting bolster (I wish I had one at home!).The kundalini was the perfect challenge for a newcomer to this form (kundalini newbie here!). I was definately feeling it the next day. The nidra was an absolutely incredible experience. I could see the large gongs adding the ultimate touch of zen to the space. I was not expecting her to play them for more than a few minutes at the end. To my astonishment it was a full on gong bath!!!!!Taylor has an authentic soft presence which makes you feel instantly welcomed. Just when you think you may have reached your kundalini limit, her smiling voice assures you how great you are doing (and that you are almost there). Her ability to methodically trance you into the perfect space during nidra shows a trained voice well beyond her years. She melds with the gongs as she expertly creates healing frequencies. Needless to say I shall be returning.

I have nothing but good things to say about Primordial Yoga! The space is cozy and inviting. Taylor is a wonderful teacher who made this first timer feel comfortable and capable the whole way through!
