Friendly enough staff but they don't always finish the job... Had a heavy duty water sanitization system installed by them in May which works great, however they had to cut our heat trace in order to install the new system, told us they could have their electrician come to reconnect the heat trace and then never sent anyone out. Its been 4 months and despite multiple calls to them asking for them to please come reconnect the heat trace they cut, the work has still not been completed. Everytime we call their response is our electrician will contact you shortly"."

Worst customer service in town. They will schedule a time to show up and they won't show and won't call.
