Last week, I ordered a cream of broccoli soup,my wife's fave. When I got home, it was chicken with pasta (and my wife doesn't eat chicken). Rather than drive 5k each way... we just accepted it. A few days later, when I ordered her soup again, I told the staff. All they said was, That's too bad. You should always check your order." I don't think this is very good customer service. I frequent Timmy's several times a week.I sent this to their Contact Us and here was their reply "If you still need assistance with this matter

Not my usual Timmies but on par for what is expected. Food is done problerly, orders are accurate and staff is kind and polite.One minor issue is you may wish to avoid this one if you are driving a larger vehicle because it is a small parking lot and at peak times it can get difficult to maneuver in and out.

Small parking lot that is usually full or close to it every time I have been here. There have been a few occasions where there is only one person behind the counter with a massive line. I feel bad for them, they really work hard to get the orders out and some people can't take pity on them and still act as though they can't be compassionate to the situation at hand. These are the times we live in now, most places are short staffed and it will affect people in different ways, some people can't wait and left. Coffee was hot and food was fresh, can't complain about that...

This is a busy Timmies seving all the usual favourites. Located in a busy area close to the BC Transit Garage, and with lots of offices and businesses nearby, there can be line ups at various times. That said, as with all Tim Horton's outlets, service is usually prompt so wait times are only a few minutes. Staff are always friendly and accommodating. Seating is limited in this branch so given it can be busy at various times, it may not be possible to get a seat.

The staff are very very nice, in Canada day, I didn’t know the store doesn’t open until 8 am as it is holiday, so I ordered online for pick up.When I arrived, I realized it.The staff said she will still make me one, which melt my heart, so sweet!Therefore, I will be more aware of what time they open in the future.But overall, very nice!

I don't think I've ever gotten an order that I was actually happy with. I work down the road and it's more convenient for me to use this Tim's. But today I got an egg that was green and brown and you could smell it from across the room. I don't know of their employees are colour blind but that egg was probably 5-6 days old after it was cooked. Just really need better training, care, respect, and overall thought for customer safety

Ordered a wrap. Explained 3 times what wrap it was and the woman behind the counter even got help to punch in the order. Order came up wrong and when I mentioned it was not a wrap all I got was handed the bag and a shrug. I didn't want a bowl, thanks. Management needs to pay some serious attention to the staff here, they need training and some customer service skills. Nice restaurant but the lousy service ruins it.
