Great Japanese food. Great service too. They have many vegetarian and vegan options. The bar choices are good, but more limited than the previous owners. Very good prices and value for delicious Japanese food. Good atmosphere in downtown Oakville. I highly recommend this restaurant!

Sushi was super fresh, service was amazing and the decor was very nice. Great atmosphere to be in, but most importantly the food was terrific. All the items on the menu looks great but we ordered the love boat for 2 and one app. Price was reasonable and the portion was perfect. Would definitely come again!

Kibo Sushi House - Oakville
Kibo is definitely my go to sushi spot. All of the food is extremely balanced, of high quality, and fresh no matter which location I visit. It has an extremely ambient environment and the staff are quite accommodating. Their menu has a huge assortment of items with many being dietary safe (vegetarian, gluten free, lactose free) and consisting of interesting flavour combinations. I typically order their golden dragon roll, inari sushi and miso soup as pictured below (Around $26 after tax, before tip). The only issue I've found is that foods containing unagi (eel) take significantly longer than other items. Luckily, the staff are quite kind and have offered free karaage given it takes 40+ minutes.

The sushi was absolutely amazing. It just melted in your mouth. Also, the staff was very friendly. I would definitely go back there.

Location is great. Sushi could have been better. I had salmon and tuna. The tuna was not good. Service was slow but was compensated by their friendliness.

I've always passed this place in Oakville downtown, but never tried it out until tonight, and only after my friend recommended it. Service was top-notch, the sashimi was of high quality, and the rolls were perfectly balanced with just the right amount of rice. Even their miso soup was perfect!

Kibo offers quick service and sushi downtown Oakville.The restaurant inside is fairly narrow and long with limited decor or vibe. Outside dining on the patio curb-side In the summer is preferred.The sushi fish was fresh. The roll combinations were interesting and the menu is loaded with options. I really enjoyed the tuna and avocado tartare. The spicy chicken karage was a tad heavy on the batter but the portion is very generous! The rolls were tasty but not very tight or finely rolled - from a aesthetic perspective they were loose.Follow at instagram for more GTA food reviews @linreviews

After visiting Kibo Sushi House in Oakville, I would like to share my thoughts on the experience.Firstly, the restaurant was recommended to me by a friend, and I have to say that it lived up to my expectations. The atmosphere was cozy and comfortable, which made for a pleasant dining experience.However, the only downside was that the order took a while to arrive, which may have been due to the venue being fully packed. Nevertheless, the food tasted fresh, especially the salmon.Although there are other sushi options in the area, I would still consider visiting Kibo Sushi House again, primarily because of its location. Overall, it was a great experience and I would recommend it to others.
