The first time I came to this store it was a suggestion from my in laws as they purchase jewlery from here. I had a custom made pearl necklace made on a gold chain with pearls from a necklace my brother bought in Dubai. The necklace was gorgeous and I was happy with the service. I came back with a ring to see if it was moissanite and gold, not cubic zircon, they confirmed it was gold, and later at another store I had it checked and they confirmed it was moissanite.My reason for three stars is because when looking for a second wedding band to go with my engagement ring (not the ring for appraisal) the customer service lady very very rudely said Well that's not a diamond" and I said "No it is not it's moissanite" after leaving the store my fiance was embarrassed and apologized to me. I was very sad to experience this but I am hoping the sales lady was just having a bad day.Edit: Again to reiterate

Great staff and service. Went in to get my ring fixed after it was flattened. They were kind enough to do it right away and even cleaned it for me. Highly recommend!
