The staff are pretty rude here. I accidentally brought in a cup of tea while picking up a couple tops not seeing the sign out front, and without a single greeting from anyone in the store, was rudely heckled by a staff for having it in the store, and was still not even assisted in any way or asked if I needed any help finding anything. The only item I purchased as final sale (despite not meeting any of their listed final sale criteria) had a sizable hole in the front of it, but at $3.70 per tshirt I can be okay with that. Good for cheap clothing but would rather drive to Tillicum Mall to deal with nicer staff.

Staff was very helpful clarifying the promotion on socks.Went here in the middle of the weekday. This is definately the biggest Ardene's I've been to compared to the one in Vancouver. Large selection of items from clothes to beauty supplies

Do you need some random, kinda weird thing ASAP for a costume and don't know where to go? Well, look no further friends, because chances are they have it here! Plus, it's all made by children in sweatshops in third world countries, so if you can forget about that then it's super cheap as well! Bonus!EDIT: Yo, I wasn't bashing you guys at all, you gotta do what you gotta do, that's life. Hence the 5 stars. Just saying your prices could reflect the quality a bit better, that's all (aka be a bit higher). I shop at Ardene, as I'm sure many other people do, no need for the response. Us in the Western world are privileged, we were born into it, the same way that much of the Eastern world isn't. Not our fault, not their fault, that's life.

I've only shopped from here twice since they moved but so far I like it. They have a huge selection as the store is much bigger than it was. They always have some really good sales and the employees are really friendly and helpful. So I'll definitely be going there again.

The staff is super rude. They never greet people and are always lurking around corners, hoping to catch shoplifters. They get a bonus for it. The other locations are nicer and seem to have higher standards.

worst customer service. they don’t accomodate family with kids. will never shop here ever! The staff is not flexible. I hope it’s just that one person who physically told us to get the child while we are shopping. This was the first time ever that i’ve encountered this kind of treatment with kids.
