Disappointed! Paid 400 $ for the device plus 25$ every month for a cheap device! Should have a rechargeable battery included to transmite location when parked but never worked. Called Andre Girard few times about that but no fix for it. Installation guy not knowing what to do, took 5 hours to connect 2 wires! If lights are off, the device won't work, doesn't transmite anything, no alerts and on website you can see the device on the last location parkedeven if you are 900 km away driving!!!
