Lynne has been cutting my hair for over 15 years. She always does a great job, or I would not keep coming back. In addition to her great skill at cutting hair, she is always very affable, well dressed, professional, polite, and fun to chat with for the half hour or so that I'm there each time.

Lovely boutique hair salon with separate cool barber shop! I've been a client for around a decade & have always been very happy with the service here. Corene is fabulous, as is her staff. The last time I was in, Shirley did my hair and was awesome. Not happy with your hair? You need to come here!

Cori is amazing at what she does, she has cut and coloured my hair many times now and I love going to see her. She is kind and I love talking to her, and her assistant Heather is so wonderful too. I always leave there feeling very so gorgeous and happy with the outcome! :)

Last week I bit the bullet and decided to get my hair done. I have never been to a salon in West Van although I had previously lived there for a decade. I decided upon Shear Bliss as I have met Corene a few times. The lovely stylist who took care of me was Fatima. WOW! She is amazing! She took one look at my hair and had her vision within seconds. She explained in detail what she thought would suit me, and off we went (and off went 8 inches of my massive hair). I have had streaks/colour in my hair only once, and now that a few greys are appearing, I mentioned that. She strategically got rid of those right away. She also gave me dark and light colour to shadow" my cut. I wasn't sure what that meant

I've been using Lyn as my hair stylist for years and I can honestly say she is the best and is VERY consistent with the quality and in service. Lyn is always on time with her scheduled appointments, I'm very particular and don’t like change however I did follow Lyn from North Park Men’s Hair to Shear Bliss Hair Studios where the service didn't skip a beat, I would say I've been with Lyn 25 years and I don't plan on changing anytime soon. I have been going to Shear Bliss for over a year now. I was happy to go back after they re-opened and felt totally comfortable being here during my appointments. Corene and her staff have gone above and beyond in meeting the Covid-19 health guideline check-list as necessary, which immediately put my mind at ease, for both my hair appointments with Shirin, who always does a great job, and my nail appointments with Darlene at Nailz, who is a master nail-tech and artist. If you have been feeling reluctant to get your hair or nails done come here! Clean, friendly, professional, safe and LOCAL!! You will not be disappointed.

Kari is amazing! She did my hair for my birthday and the way she braided was perfect for my full and frizzy hair. It stayed still the whole night and I was very happy with her work.

I’ve been seeing Corene at Shear Bliss for almost 15 years now. In those 15 years I’ve had short, medium, and long hair, bangs and no bangs. I’ve dyed my hair everything from brown, to dirty blonde, to platinum, to red, to now strawberry blonde. Throughout this hair journey Corene has been professional, kind, and flawlessly executed every hair cut and colour combo I’ve envisioned! She’s been so great that now almost every member of my household (including my dad) sees her to get their hair done.I highly recommend Shear Bliss to everyone for friendly, affordable, quality hair styling!

I’ve been seeing Corene for many years so thought it was time to write a review. She is an excellent stylist and amazing with colour. I love her highlights and my daughter has been getting all sorts of compliments on her platinum colour! Corene goes the extra mile! Definitely give her salon a try!
