Had a great experience walking in, staff was very genuine and welcoming to new customers. Shout out to Justin for taking his time to really introduce the different sections of the place. He had a very friendly demeanour as he was sensible and enthusiastic! Super cool dude, highly recommend!! Don’t hesitate, if you’re new to this stuff, he will explain everything without any judgment. The staff have great energy and there’s no doubt I’ll be going back.

Since moving downtown this has become my new favourite dispensary. The atmosphere is clean and tidy, yet relaxed and doesn’t have a corporate feel. The budtenders are chill and always seem to recommend exactly what I’m looking for. They’re always stocked with the latest craft flower drops and have an impressive selection of live resin 510 carts, edibles and beverages. 20% off for students (and seniors) is a major cherry on top. Will be returning (possibly too) often!

Unfortunately I had a really bad experience with this dispensary. I went into this location with the exact 510 cartridge name and company who makes it that I wanted. Some how got charged for the wrong one (which was 15$ more) and was given the one I originally asked for. After going back and accepting the mix up, i then received the more expensive cartridge i had already paid for. The whole time not being offered some money back or an exchange.That was a week ago, Now I've lost my receipt for my cartridge which was 55$ instead of 40$ and its leaking so bad it's useless. Its beyond frustrating because this isnt even what i went there for in the first place. With so many other options so close by with better prices and more attentive and helpful staff I will not be back.

Amazing prices, has everything you'd need including cleaners (which is uncommon in most dispensaries). Great service, will definitely be coming again. They always do student discount of 20%!

Sold me a defective cart and then took over 4 months for them to try and sort out what was wrong with it and the only solution they offered was a free cheap battery, and stated that the cart worked when I clearly showed the employee that it didn’t work in two different battery’s and I purchased a new cart that was the exact same brand and flavour and showed them it worked perfect but the old one didn’t work at all and was full, pre much just stole my money, now I’m forced to brake open a cart to try and reclaim what I can lol

I usually come in planning to get around 7-14 grams and the staff will tell me about some strains or give me recommendations. I went in today and almost left because I thought it was closed. The only employee there was practically hiding behind the counter and when I went to greet them, they seemed irritated that I was there. They weren't helpful at all and when I asked what they recommended, they just threw out a couple strain names but didn't say anything about them. I usually have a great experience and feel very welcome but today's interaction made me want to rethink where I get my weed.

Stopped by during Covid shutdown and the manager met me outside. he was very helpful and friendly. I don't have very much experience with this stuff and he took the time to explain everything to me. Second time i went I was allowed in. What a nice decor. Not cluttered or too busy. it was a nice experience again. this time another sales rep helped me. he took the time to explain the layout of the store, what the colours meant and what they had to offer. I ended up walking out with a discount and a smile. met the owner on the way out and was equally impressed by him. This is my go to for all my relaxation needs.
