Mr Fix It Appliance Repair
I called this company to repair my clothes washer, they come to my house then quoted parts to repair the noise, the noise desapeared during 3 weeks, now the noise is back, they don't want to give me my money back, also I make an appointment with them to come to my house to evaluate the noise AGAIN and the responses from Mr. Fix It via e-mail was so sarcastic, they just cancelled the appointment 30 minutes before, that's the way how they are treating customers. I do not really understand why they mentioned that the warranty company will reimburse my money, I paid them in cash, I called Select Home Warranty and they told me that cannot help me because it was my own decision call Mr Fix It.This company is lying when Terms Guarantee: All work performed by qualified technicians. All materials used in repair of this unit are of first quality and guaranteed for a period of two (2) years after date of repair. No Refunds on labor".Please think before call them. See e-mail screen shots as an evidence."

Called them for dryer installation. Came out the following day, did an excellent job. Quick and professional, and showed me how I could do it myself next time as well. Can't recommend them enough.

Jason is the most hot headed, unprofessional person I have ever come across. Take your business anywhere but here.Has left us hanging in the wind for 2 months now. Would not return calls or text messages. Got through to the office who said Jason was not going to complete the job- that's it. No explanation.

If you like having to hunt down your repair people after they make promises, this is the place for you! Our service person stopped responding to us, and it took long enough that I finally gave up, counted my money as lost, and purchased a new unit because it'd been so long.Only up side is the person answering the phone is always as helpful as she can be.Edit: you told us to call your personal cell. You gave us the number. I'm sorry you have covid, but maybe the appropriate thing to do would have be to have someone call your customers and let them know the situation instead of leaving them twisting in the wind. That lovely person answering the phone, for example.Also, if you have COVID you should probably let the customers whose home you've been in recently know so we can test. Thanks for the pertinent info. I'm glad it was in a Google review, since it's where I get all my health information from

Mr Fix It Appliance Repair
Jason was on time, his secretary was responsive, and he diagnosed the problem on my fridge immediately. He was the only appliance repair person that actually called me back. I would highly recommend him to friends and family.As a note some of the other reviews on here sound like they almost dealt with an entirely different person. My experience with Jason was very positive.

Jason came out today and went above and beyond to not only make sure I had a working dryer prior to leaving, but also that it was operating safely. His extra steps uncovered what could have been a major problem for us. I am so grateful it was him that came out! I will 100% use Mr. Fix It Appliance Repair again in the future when the need presents itself. The price was very fair and he was very professional. I've found my repair company! Thanks for your help today.

I'm so happy with the service from Mr Fix It! Roy was efficient, professional and very knowledgeable about how to fix my drier. When he first came to look into the problem he advised me that a part was needed in order to repair the drier. He promised he would expedite the process of getting the part and in a few days he was back to fix the drier. I would highly recommend Mr Fix It Appliance Repair!

DONT RECOMMEND!! We had an issue with our fridge staying cold. After calling Jason he came 2 weeks later and said he needed to order a part. A month after ordering that part he came here and wasn’t friendly, said he “fixed” the issue. Charged us $700 for a part that didn’t even take care of the issue. When it stopped staying cool again we called him back to take a look. Another month later with no fridge he finally came here after saying he would come several other days and never did. He “fixed” what was wrong with it. Then a month later it still wouldn’t stay cool. He then had blocked both mine and my roommates number once we called to complain again and said he would be here a certain date and just never came back. He is rude. Doesn’t seem like he knows what he is doing. We had another company come after wasting $700 with Mr. Fix It and they said it wasn’t fixable and that the other guy did “shotty work”

Jason was absolutely awesome! I originally didn't have an appointment scheduled until Friday afternoon and he sent me a message Tuesday (the day I called in for service) saying he was around the block and could come right away! Not only was he in and out within 20 minutes but he charged me a fair price! Definitely would recommend!
