Un salon de coiffure très propre et bien organisé. Les stations sont bien disposées et l'ambiance est super. Le personnel est courtois et ils ont une belle variété de produits capillaires.

Mistakes happen , wrong extensions ordered , colour not right , extensions falling out on a daily basis … I can go ahead and give the benefit of the doubt too such errors ,we are all human mistakes happen… Being a business owner comes with RESPONSIBILITY and more importantly INTEGRITY !! For all future clients I would like to explain some simple procedures so what happened to me will not happen again … blonde extensions will change colour if exposed to :#1 Chlorine#2 Salt Water#3 Sun Tan LotionPretty simple right , you would expect in 2022 paying 1000$+ for hair extensions the owner would take the time to explain avoiding these three things ??? So you all guessed right ,I am on a dream vacation with ORANGE HAIR :(When I contacted Sara about my orange hair she quickly played the “BLAME GAME” and then explain to me not to come in contact with these three simple every day products when obviously it is too late !! When I asked why I was not told ahead of time not to use or come into contact with any Products mentioned above , I was told that all these tips are on social media and I should be aware !!! WHAT ?? So it’s my FAULT !!!So first and foremost I am taking the time on my vacation because maybe I can save someone from living the same experience as I have … and secondly I do not recommend anyone to use this company just on the basic fact that there is no responsibility upon ownership :( we pay a-lot of money and expect a good service by professionals this company should not be in business clearly they cannot accept or even offer to rectify the situation :( please take your hard earned money to real professionals … business owners that are sympathetic and ready to accept blame for neglecting such as simple explanation!! If a business owner cannot except responsibility they should not own a business ! As a business owner myself my clients satisfaction comes before money , this is not the case from Sara !!
