Website said this location had a stock so I went there. It was around 2-3pm and the store was closed. It said they are closed until further notice due to technical issues. There were like 10 employees chatting and laughing. I wonder what the technical issue was, because only this store was closed. At least the employees looked like they were having fun by themselves without any customer!

I recently visited the Brown Shoes; The selection of shoes at the Brown Shoes Shop was impressive, offering a wide range of styles, sizes, and brands and my experience with both the store and their sales associate, (Elahe) From the moment I entered the shop, I was greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere, and Elahe's exceptional customer service skills made my selection easy.

I recently shopped at the Browns Metrotown location, looking for a pair of shoes for work. I was assisted by Lakshya, who was super helpful and offered advice on style and fit. The store had good style and size selection and excellent customer service from Lakshya. I would shop there again.

I originally was in the market for a specific pair of Vans shoes, but I stopped in to look at some other brands and the sales people were so helpful I ended up choosing something else instead. They estimated delivery in 3 days, but once I had the tracking # it said it would be almost a week later! In actuality, they came 1 day later than the store ETA so I was quite impressed (They shipped from QC to BC in a matter of days) even their customer service rep on website was helpful in regards to information regarding expedition of shipping.

Great selection of shoes and I was pleasantly surprised that the pair I wanted also had my size. My first interaction with a sales associate was great, she was helpful and polite.I put my shoes on hold for one hour, the put them back.The girl who re found my shoes was heavily trying to sell me inserts even after I told her I didn't want them. Then at the til no one would talk to me or explain why I was waiting (no line). I think the computer was broken but no one told me so I felt like I was just standing there. Then when the girls did ring up my shoes they were not friendly, kind of a mean girl vibe.But at the end of the day I got new shoes :)

Had a really pleasant experience here! Despite how crowded it was, the associate that helped me (Alexsandre) was absolutely wonderful and attentive! He was so patient while I tried on a bunch of different shoes and tried to figure out my sizing! He even recommended a great pair of insoles. Super excited to wear my new shoes!

Horrible customer service, the employee was clearly not interested in helping me and basically ushered me out of the store to move on to helping another customer. I was trying to return a product and have had great experiences with browns in the past when returning shoes. This person did not want to give me the time of day.

Great experience! They provide best customer services and are happy to help the customers. Unsure if it’s Andrike or Enrique. I tried many shoes and he never showed like he is getting bothered as he kept on bringing different shoes sizes. He did his job with great efforts.
