Central Drugs - Beban Plaza

Friendly staff. Post office and pharmacy and then a bunch of weird retail products. I like that they will deliver prescriptions for free. That’s a fantastic service.

Awesome pharmacy! Great personalized service that takes care of its clients. One of the Pharmacists, James has gone out of their way more than once to ensure that we were taken care of and we had enough medication. Keep up the good work!

I went into this store to purchase a few hundred dollars worth of wine making supplies like I usually do...however, today apparently this store doesn't want to sell me anything off the shelf. I picked a box of bottles off the shelf and was standing in line to purchase, along with many other items including a $130 box of wine and then the clerk says that a customer outside was going to buy all the boxes of bottles off the shelf. He was just moving his car closer to the store, but I did not see him purchase anything. So apparently, if I want to buy something off the self, all I have to do is call ahead, not pay for anything, and then no one else may purchase that item.....RIDICULOUS!!!!! I have a hard time spending another penny in this store. By the way, this same clerk said she was new

Poor customer service from the post office here I would suggest any other. I'd like to add that my original review was printed out and talked about amongst other businesses in Beban plaza but no one has contacted me to find out why I was unsatisfied with my experience. Therefore I am lowering my review because not only is the service bad here the business in general would rather talk about you negatively than try and rectify a situation.

Outstanding service. Cody and Jen went above and beyond the call for me. Once Jen figured out the severity and life-threatening complications I was facing, she did everything possible to make sure that I was taken care of. I am so glad that I was able to come in contact with these individuals, as well as their co-workers. Lifesavers all!

I had called on a Saturday morning asking if they could access my heart medication that was at another central drugs location as the one I go to isn't open on the weekend. I had no idea that you couldn't transfer medication on file from one central drugs to another. Desperately needing my heart medication the woman on the phone was so rude and short with me. Not even offering a solution just said no , no , no we are independent . I asked what I could do, she very rudely said wait til Monday. Hmm lady I can't wait til Monday . so here I sit at the walk in clinic to get another prescription for my heart pills.Customer service on the phone was horrible . Your not going to get more business with staff like that.

This pharmacy is great, especially the pharmacist James - very friendly, knowledgeable and you can tell that he genuinely cares. The entire staff always seem happy to help. Amazing service - thank you!

This is one of the best pharmacies I've been to. They go above and beyond to help. The pharmacist James is particularly amazing. He's so helpful, friendly and knowledgeable, and if doesn't know the answer to something he finds it out for you. I can't recommend this pharmacy enough!!

Review for the Canada Post Office: The staff are always SO friendly and helpful. After a few times, they recognized me and started getting my packages out and ready as soon as I walked in the door. Whenever I go in I feel like I'm visiting with my aunties or something, they're just so sweet. There's occasionally a short wait for service, and it seems like they're overwhelmed with packages sometimes, but it's never a problem. Best post office I've ever been a regular at!I haven't used the pharmacy or bought anything from the store, but it seems clean, and run by great people too.

I go into the Central Drugs at Bowen & Northfield to use the post office. The staff are pleasant and professional, the store carries an interesting variety of merchandise, and I'm always happy to find something to buy on my way out.
