I was extremely anxious before our home inspection. As a first time home buyer I had no idea what to expect, and the idea that I had to put my trust into a complete stranger was terrifying. However, Andy was amazing. He was on time, let me follow him around, and answered every question thoughtfully. He helped me educate myself on what to expect from the home, where to put efforts in repairs, and where not to worry. Thanks to Andy I don't have extra gray hairs, he made it a great experience.

Andy did a fantastic job! He was professional, courteous and thorough. He gave me a run down on site following the inspection and explained everything in understandable terms. The inspection report was completed quickly and was very user friendly in terms of understanding what issues needed to be addressed, their cost and order of importance. He also provided detailed photos to highlight all areas of concern. I also utilized the radon inspection which was helpful in approaching the seller for needed updates. I would highly recommend using this service when buying your next home!
