Amazing owners. Great customer service. I bought a puzzle from them last night, online. You can't go into the store right now due to the pandemic, so they dived to my front door this morning for no extra charge. (I am local). All the while they were in constant contact with me via email.

They definitely have loads of toys! I popped in to find a small gift for child I didn't know well and had no problem finding something quickly. The staff were helpful and the store is packed full but well laid out. What a fun store!

Great toy store. Lot of different products that you don't see else where.Biggest plus..staff. The customer service there is excellent. Knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. One of the better stores in the mall that is always well looked after. My kids love it.I highly recommend it.

I went to buy a puzzle that was clearly tagged as 19.99 but when it rang up it was over $25. They said their system says it is 22.99 and the price in system is what is used, not the sticker price. Make sure to check that you are not being over charged. They are ripping people off!

The staff and owner of this store are so kind and accommodating. The owner has offered me a chair numerous times (as I sit beside the train table waiting for my son to finish playing) and gave him stickers the other day as I was trying (rather unsuccessfully) to get him to leave the store. They are never pushy and always friendly and helpful.

Puzzles, toys, board and card games, fidget toys, animal figurines, stuffed animals... This store has everything! The staff is always friendly, and the place is always neatly organised and clean.
