Cedar Springs Bottled Water

Something happened with that company and it's not good. We did business with them for years until their delivery man decided that delivering to our new place was too much of a hassle and just stopped without warning. We decided to stop doing business with them after several failed delivery attempts and sent back our empties (that they had no problem showing up for), expecting rightfully to get refunded for our deposit on them. We sent an email requesting the refund. 3 months later, Anisha P, did not honor the request for the $60 deposit ( 6 bottles). They must be driving much better cars than me to figure that $60 bucks is not worth refunding. We are much happier with our new water bottle delivery company and, weirdly, never have a delivery issue with them. Maybe Cedar Springs has too many paying customers to worry about small fries like us. Update: 90+ days and a Google review later, a check materialized in our mailbox. Buyer beware. Nobody should have to got through this kind of nonsense.

Delivery driver refused to deliver 4 jugs of water to our office on the 2nd floor (26 steps). This information was specially given to the Cedar Springs' office before our scheduled delivery.March 1st update switching it 3*: Another cedar springs delivery driver came to our office and apologized they stated they would be willing to service us.

Amazing Customer service from Mary!!! We were late ordering, but she made it work for us and we got our water on time :) Great to see this care !

Mary in customer service is amazing. She is always eager to assist and provide information as needed. Our company has been a client for many years and during Covid our orders were not as frequent, the team at Cedar were always accommodating.

Cedar Springs provides great tasting and exceptionally high quality water which our family loves! Their customer service is friendly with an efficient discounted pick up option for those located out of a delivery zone (which we are). They even offer glass bottles which we really appreciate. Loyal customers that cannot reccomend this service enough!

The people who work here seem like nice, regular people.Unfortunately, for my last delivery the gentleman who they sent to deliver my water wouldn't climb three sets of stairs to do so. I ended up lugging 125 bottles up the stairs myself. Manager was nice and offered to refund some of the cost but my problem is not that water is inconveniently expensive, it's that it is tiresome to carry.They will also contact you continuously for any balance owing, but do not accept common payment options like e-transfer or Paypal.

I have been a Cedar Springs customer for many years, they not only have great tasting, quality spring and distilled water but I like that they offer glass jugs (I taste plastic when the bottles are not stored in glass) in this world full of plastic and it’s harmful chemicals. Their customer service is exceptional also, my account manager Mary knows that my life can get really busy after various times that I had forgotten to order and missed the delivery window for my area; she goes the extra mile for ne now since then to remind me to order if I need water which I greatly appreciate!

We waited till 4 pm for the delivery of our water bottles on November 10 and only learned that they will not be delivered when we called. We asked Mary to coordinate with the driver and they were delivered the next day. Due to elavator issues, special instructions are needed and Mary coordinated this well with us.
