Great weekend away. The staff was amazing and the kids loved the dancing. Great animation at night and by the pool. Kids had a blast. We will definitely come back. Only thing I can say is maybe clean the bathrooms more throughout the day.

$4/hour for Mexican workers that they bring without proper permits and treat like animals! What a shame!

DO NOT BOOK HERE if you ever expect to have the ability to reach anyone after they take your online reservation. Phone calls not returned, no email address to write to and no cancellation function on their French-only website. If I could give zero stars for this awful business, I would. Had to dispute my deposit charge to avoid them taking the rest because there was NO WAY to cancel and no return phone call after multiple attempts. Also, anglophones, everything from the phone message to reservation confirmation to website navigationis French only - these guys are ANGLOPHOBES! Avoid booking at all costs!!

We went there few years ago and it was very bad experience, the TV didn't and the room was to far to have WIFI working. We asked to move to another empty room to at least have WIFI but they didn't let us. so we spent 2 night with no TV and no WI-FI with little children. Even after 3 or 4 years I can still remember the bad experience. Maybe now it is better I don't know but I'm not planning to go back.

I have been to Cuba over 12x so this quick get away that costs less than Cuba is exactly what you need when you are missing Cuba. Spanish music, swim up bar, churros, bingo, salsa dancing at night with shows for the kids. My little one loves being able to feel safe to run around on her own to the playground and games room, and the trolley for my senior parents to get around is perfect. Friendly atmosphere and staff is what makes us want to return. Beautiful considering it’s a campground not a 5 * resort! Wish they had more food choices so I didn’t have to cook at all but loved the pizza and burgers and fries and swim up bar and contests where I win enough drinks ! Don’t miss out you can camp, bring a trailer, rent a cabin or trailer or just visit for the day!

This is the first review I’m writing and it’s not a good one. Save your money and choose another campground because any other one would be better than this one. It’s dirty, the lots are extremely small so you get no privacy whatsoever, they don’t respect their own curfew so don’t expect to get much sleep and their customer service is the worst. The manager promised us a refund after we decided to cut our trip short and he has failed to keep his promise. We called numerous times and were told that we would get a call back but we never did. This was over 3 weeks ago! Sadly, I have nothing positive to say about this place aside from the concept being cool.

Ever wonder what Cuba was like but couldn't afford to go? Want to be around way too many people and have no personal space? Ever wonder what a swimming pool looks like when way too many people are in it with all their oil and sweat? This place is very odd, I guess if they had 50% less people it may improve the experience. I wouldn't stay there due to overcrowding, and even the day pass was mediocre at best. The service was great and the staff were nice.

Love this place so much and my kids really enjoy the pool. Lots of activities to do. So much fun.

The place itself is great, the pool, the people, the staff all great. We rented the chalets for 4 days and was quite disappointed when we arrived. The pictures on their website show the chalets with beautiful cut grass and well maintained. When we arrived it was a different story. There was no grass to be seen, a small rock walkway and nothing but mud and rocks where the fire pits were installed. We based our trip on these being more quality and more comforting and paid almost 900$ for the 4 days, but when you have no grass and a small child, it makes it hard to have an enjoyable experience when you can’t even play in the grass. Wouldn’t take much to lay sod down or even dirt and grass seed. I would love to give it a better review but for this reason I can’t. 2.5/5 in my books.
