I have been going here for over 10 years. If you know what you want and can describe it well or show them a picture you will get that.If you want the salon experience of being pampered and being doted over this is not the place.It is a great value for money and very clean.

Bad customer service and scheduling system. Been going here for years but since they changed owners, it’s been a bad experience. I called in advance to book a haircut and during the day of, I was told that they don’t have my name and they have a different name listed instead. Their customer service is bad and the owner and even the others who answer the phone don’t have good manners. Please go somewhere else to save you time and effort.

My son was scheduled for a haircut at 12:30. He was there 5 minutes before when they told him they will attend to another customer first before him. Very unprofessional and disrespectful of people's time. We are not happy with the service.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!I've been a going here for almost 6 years because I know somebody from this salon. My last experience was horrible tho.. The moment I came in, there was a staff who is very rude and talk to me like I was not a paying customer. THEN.. I went to the guy who looks like manager but has also the same attitude, he doesn't even look at me while talking. I'm not even sure why they are still on the business when they are so rude to their customers! I'm not gonna go back to this salon. Very disrespectful, very rude, and ignorant people. AGAIN, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!

Great haircuts but often not professional when it comes to time management. If you are on time for your appointment and they receive a walk-in or a someone late for their appointment, they will accommodate especially if they know the person. It doesn’t matter if you’re already sitting there and it’s your turn. They’ll tell you to wait. I’ve been going here for years but I’m considering another stylist just because it happens so often. Sometimes I won’t sit in a chair for nearly 30-45 minutes after my appointment. It’s unfortunate.

The stylist is unprofessional and not very accommodating. My son and I went there for a haircut and the stylist was saying some undesirable comment against me and my son, also had so little patience with my kid who is not even that stubborn compared to other kids when getting a haircut. Would not go back there again and would not even recommend it to others.

i liked my haircut i got there a few months ago but that place is somewat disorganized didnt know who was the front desk person was till she came up to me. very busy place to go too..

Please do not go to this salon. They are cheaters. Last week I asked the Secretary to make an appointment with Noel. She said he is not working here anymore. She recommended another hairstylist. I went there and saw Noel was working there. I reached the secretary again saying Noel is working and told me he is not working there anymore. She denied. She put me with another hairstylist. I showed my favourite hairstyle which was layers but she cut all my hair like male styles.I paid and returned home and still crying about this frustrating haircut and experience. Please do not go there..
