BEST SERBICE EVER! I remembered them as Speaking Phones so I found them thank god. Next to Food Court and beside Foot Locker at Devonshire Mall. Friendly and courtious. They know their stuff. GREAT deals and big selection and awesome staff!!!

This is one of the best stores for protecting your screen as well as the variety of different cell phone covers! The staff there are always so nice and I’ve been going to them for over 15 years! they’ve changed their name so know that this is really “speaking phones” but it’s now called cell defender. I would not trust my phone needs to anyone else! Go see them- they will even put the phone screen protector on for you- super awesome!

If I could give a zero rating I would. Less than a month ago, we purchased a cell phone case and also paid to have a screen protector put on our new phone. When the employee who put the screen protector on our phone finished, we paid, were given an envelope with an additional screen protector in it and we were told to keep the receipt and had up to one year to bring the receipt and the additional screen protector in to be replaced if we had any issues or it was bubbling up. Well within a few days the screen protector was already bubbling up. We went in a couple of weeks after it started bubbling up as that was the first opportunity we had to go back. We were told very rudely by the girl working (who claimed to be the Manager) that we only had a week to bring it back if there was any problem. We explained what we were told when we purchased the service/items. She said the employee gave us the wrong information. Is that our fault? NO. Then she proceeded to tell us if we bought something from Forever 21 and tried to return it a month later, they wouldn't take it back. First of all, train your employees properly and make sure they're giving customers accurate and correct information. Secondly, with reference to the Forever 21 comment, if you as a business are selling an item or a service and the item is defective or the service wasn't performed in a satisfactory/quality manner you should most definitely return or replace the item. Don't purchase from Cell Defenders - they're unprofessional, liars and do not stand behind the products and services they cell. Buyer beware!!!

Purchased a glass protector for my S8 in July of '18. Took 3 replacements of THAT screen to get it to fit and not have a huge irridescent air bubble under the screen. Screen lasted until June '19, when I needed to have it replaced.Returned to this kiosk" and bought a replacement screen. Didn't work as intended. Strike 1. Went back after 2 days of dead spots and that shiny air bubble under screen. Replaced. Before I evem left the mall

***Bad attitude towards customers. They are definitely not experienced to put on Screen protectors. Many other competent mobile kiosks in the mall that can do better job with a better attitude
