The manager is very rude and degrading. Had the nerve to accuse me of stealing when exchanging my Halloween costume last week all because I needed a smaller size and because when I bought it,it didn't have the cardboard photo of the costume. I even had my recipt. It was so bad once he walked away the staff were shocked at his behavior and supportive with my choice to never shop there again.Needless to say I'll never go back.

Wow so much in this store lots of good things there and OMG the candy in there ,the colors are nice and bright, staff is friendly, if you can't find something there ,there's a problem... masks, costumes and so so much more .hope you enjoy your time because there's lots to look at ....

Super helpful. I needed a Trolls party package, they didn't have it but had all the individual pieces. So one of the reps went aisle by aisle with me and put it together. In the end, my daughter had the super soft birthday party she wanted.

Excellent service was provided this past Saturday when I asked for help in putting together a gender reveal package. Staff went above and beyond to take great care in hiding the gender from me as well (grandma to-be). The gender reveal, later that day, went off without a hitch and I will always be greatful for the amazing service provided!

I was belittle by the manager and was told I was wrong when I explained what a cashier had said to me. Completely unacceptable customer service on the part of the manager. Won’t be shopping here anymore! I did receive great customer service when I called head office.

Love the place, awesome selection staff always seem like they are enjoying what they do and helping people and not just there for work and they seem.to get a giggle out of people enjoying their store and didnt mind my daughter and me joking around with the masks
