If it was possible to give 6 stars I would. Their support staff are friendly, and extremely quick to respond. Had an issue, and within 30 minutes, the files were restored to an earlier backup (that they took) and we were back up and running. Great company to deal with

Customer service is what they stand for. I mean, they may even be the definition of it in Webster’s. They go above and beyond for their customers. Competitive pricing. Knowledgeable staff, efficient and follow through. They really know their stuff. Super impressed with them! They truly do care and are a great bunch of people!

Took in my son's PC and they tried to repair it .. we were told motherboard was done ...we managed to get a new one but then found out that they had damaged the new CPU by bending the pins on it and then refusing to take responsibility.... beware of this company

Great Assistance! After a few frustrating hours of attempting to transfer photos from my LG phone to my iMac computer, I finally called MicroAge for help. I had downloaded drivers and 'bridges' - nothing worked. Carl from MicroAge instantly gave me the exact information I required and literally 5 minutes later my photos were transferred! Thank you for the wonderful service.
