In these uncertain times,Ashley is more than knowledgeable, helpful and professional.Very honest and fair company. Amazing selections.The Owner Ashley and her husband personally went out of their way to deliver my mattress to the front door of my building. It took them 2 trips as this custom mattress was in 5 boxes. They ensured I had my mattress before I arrived from the USA and am required to quarantine for 14 days. I would have had to sleep on my sofa the entire time. Wonderful people. Thank you very very much again.

After much research on adjustable beds and mattresses and where to buy, I chose this company because they stood behind their product, were extremely knowledgeable and they took the time I needed from them to best choose the right bed. They did not disappoint! I would highly recommend using Luxurious Beds and Linens and I would highly recommend L&P adjustable frame and Naturepedic mattress. Tony from LB&L was a wealth of knowledge not only on their brands but the industry as a whole. I felt comfortable even after the sale for all support and changes needed to ensure I made the right product choice. If there were 6 stars, they would get my vote. And I rarely do reviews, but this one was worth writing!

Luxurious Beds and Linens
Had the best experience with Dave purchasing a split king adjustable bed. We chose a 100% natural bed made from a rubber tree. He made it so easy explaining and teaching me along the way, with no pressure as I was comparing else where. He was very easy going with my 4 and 6 year old that I had to bring with me. He gave us a great deal on the bed and accessories too! My husband and I have always slept hot and now we don’t wake up hot in the night. I highly recommend this company.

Great Customer Service! We purchased an adjustable bed and mattress from Luxurious Beds & Linens a couple of months ago and are very happy with our new bed. The whole experience was positive and stress-free. Tony & Dave were helpful and answered all of our questions we had about the products they offered. We had researched manufactures of adjustable beds and determined that the Leggett & Platt product was what we wanted. We decided on visiting Luxurious Beds and Linens to purchase one of these beds. Ashley who is the owner of the store was super to deal with. She really knows her stuff. The store is beautiful! What we did not expect was to also purchase a bed at the time even though we knew we would need one. The quality and beauty of the Wesley Allen beds she sells sold us immediately and we so we bought the bed there as well. We cannot be more happy with end result. They are both super products that are exceptionally built and look beautiful in our bedroom. The delivery and set up was also an excellent experience. Jake and Connor were professional, careful and quick. We would not hesitate to recommend Luxurious Beds and Ashley and team of professionals for your bedroom needs (Oakville Ontario location is the one we used).

We went in to LB&L because of the great reviews. I can say without hesitation we were not disappointed. Tony spent a lot of time explaining and educating us (he is extremely knowledgeable, kind and patient) to make sure we got the perfect bed for us. We just got our bed delivered (again a great experience) and we absolutely love our new mattress and adjustable bed!!! And their linens are fabulous as well!I have already told my friends the only place to buy a bed is Luxurious Beds and Linens. Hands down the best customer experience I have had in years. Thank you Tony!!!

Excellent customer service! Emailed ahead of time to ask a few questions and got a prompt reply from Tony. Once we arrived, Ashley gave us solid advice about which crib mattress would work best for our family. She was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Would recommend this store highly to anyone looking for a quality organic mattress.

We ordered a queen cabinet bed with side pier chest drawers. The salesperson in store took the time to explain the unit, that it is made in Canada and the construction and quality. Due to covid it took a few extra weeks of shipping but once it arrived it was inspected at the store and booked for delivery. The delivery team was very profesional and curtious. They took every precation to protect floors, stairs and even moved my planters to ensure they could lift the large item in undamaged. They really took the time and extra care. I would highly recommend this company. Your office, moving and assembly staff were phenominal! Thank you Ava & Ryan

Luxurious Beds and Linens
Ashley was amazing, so patient with my granddaughter who was overly excited and wanted to assist in setting up and putting away the beds in the showroom. Jake and his assistant who delivered the bed gave the full white glove service, making sure that no walls and floors were damaged in the delivery and setup. Now just to finish the room. Thanks Ashley and team great job.
