I hired platinum plumbing to install new water and drain plumbing as well as replace a sewer. After several call backs to wrap up their missed loose ends, we neared completion and the owner had an absolute fit because I was holding $500 until 100% completion was confirmed. Against my better judgement I released the $500, and sure enough now this contractor has left me with unfinished work (no water heater condensate), and an open sewer permit (the city says it’s not done), and now this contractor doesn’t answer or respond to texts or calls. Steer clear. This outfit is a joke.**UPDATE** This contractor's" response to my review says enough about their tact

We had some major sewer issues in our last home and had it for sale. Mike came and fixed it all up for me when others had failed and failed many times. Got it sale ready. Recommended him to friends who hired him and also were happy with his service. Will hire him again if he comes to my new location.

I was very pleased with Mike's service. I have called him twice once for a water heater hookup and he answered the call and came and hooked up our water heater after hrs. I called and asked for a quote on a sink install for our upcoming kitchen remodel and not only did he come the same day and looked at the details he gave us a quote the same day. I recommend his services to anyone and does excellent work.

For my home, Platinum Plumbing will always be our go to. We had a different (well known in the area) plumbing service come to do a check on our clean out main. This company left us with a leak in our water main, causing our water to be shut off by the city and being hooked up to a neighbors home via hose. I immediately started calling around to other plumbing companies to see what went wrong. Platinum Plumbing showed up that night, after office hours. They pin pointed the issue and immediately started to get a game plan going. Platinum Plumbing is responsive, knowledgeable, communicable, friendly and goes well beyond to make sure issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner. We HIGHLY recommend this company!

I’ve had Platinum Plumbing at my house several times to do plumbing related work and as a Company they were always A+ Rated !The office gal was easy to talk to, the technicians were always right on time and actually the final price paid was LESS then the estimate given by Owner Mike. The work was professional and less then other plumbing shops in the area. Amazing people came out right away fixed my pipe so I could have Gas in my house . Thank heavens because two days later it was freezing again. Quick and reliable . Better then a lot around us!

Mike and Mike did great work. They were prompt and coordinated the plumbing project well. The added shower is finished and serves its purpose.

March 23rd, Cody came in to take a look at what was needed for our project. He gave us good ideas. I spoke with Mike the owner the following Friday as we never heard back. He assured us we would have his estimate on Monday, which was now April 4th. Nothing. Waited until Wednesday and found our Mike was sick Monday and Tuesday and now on vacation. I called again April 11th and Melissa assured us the estimate would be there that day. Again, nothing. If you want the run around, call Mike at Platinum! Oh and P.S. after giving my email address to them 3x and them still getting it wrong, luckily after this review, Mike called me once again and I gave him my email address for a 4th time so I did receive the free" estimate today the 12th. Changed Cory to Cody. No unkind words here. Just facts. Please just do what you say you're going to do. That's all we ask."

Called & was able to get an appointment quicker than anyone else around. Very good communication about arrival time. Got problem identified & fixed!

Mike from Platinum Plumbing is very friendly. He has unclogged drains and fixed leaky pipes for me. I feel like he definitely gives good value. He doesn’t gouge you. He has one of the best plumbing businesses around. I won’t have anyone else do my plumbing.
