If you haven’t been to this Cosmo location then you’re missing out! The staff here make your experience all that much better, they’re always warm and welcoming plus knowledgeable on the products. I can’t say enough good criticism about the service here.

I have been going to this store on and off for years only because it’s close and convenient the staff is friendly but I have encountered numerous times that Pia the manager picks and chooses who she treats with the best customer service and who she doesn’t this is not professional at all so i will go out of my way in the future to go to the locations that I have experienced the best customer service and also where there’s no favourites and where all customers are treated equally.

This is the only beauty store around. They overcharge their products compared to website and the store manager I think her name is pia is soooo rude she makes me feel so uncomfortable. Sometimes I drive to Woodbridge location just to avoid her but it’s inconvenient so I have to resort to this location.

Is the phone not working? I've been trying to call since 930am and its 10:20 am now... same thing yesterday happened thursday- no one answering the phone all day. I need to get in touch with this store

One lady I always deal with is so kind and helpful! But one day i went to go in & return a product the cashier was overly rude because i was a teenager & wouldn't do my return because i forgot my Cosmo card at home. She was very rude about it and made me feel very unconfortable.

i love going to this store, absolutely amazing! but one thing is they never answer the phone!! i’ve called since they open this morning since i need colour for tomorrow and it is impossible to get through.
