DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM THIS PLACE!Firstly, a worker by the name of Marvin intially tried to sell me fraudulent paperwork, saying that he could help me with getting a vehicle. I gave Marvin a deposit of $1000 and waited over 7 months to get my deposit back only being aboe to due so because I continuously kept calling the dealership and said that i would get the police involved. I really needed a car so i thought going to the manager Oliver, he would be able to help me. I purchased a vehicle from them April 28 for $30,000, a 2018 Hyundai elantra, and by june the car randomly shut off on me on the highway way nearly causing me to get into an accident . I only was able to drive the vehicle for a month, i brought it to several mechanics where i was told that the problems with the car had to have been there from before because there was no way for a 2018 vehicle it shouldve been giving the problems that it was. I took the car to several mechanics to try to get it fixed, paying hundreds-thousands of dollars out of pocket because the dealership failed to help with the situation. Everytime i would try to contact the dealership i would get the run around abiut how the manager wasn’t available or he would use the front desk lady as his messenger to pass on messages to me instead of speaking to me directly. The car had been sitting at a total of 3 different mechanics over the past 6 months, one of them in which Marvin told me to tow the car back to them so they could send it to, and still had my car sitting at their own personal mechanic for several weeks just to tell me that i had to pick it up and when i did, it still was not fixed. Up to this exact day the car is still not in driving condition, i was told by the financing company to get it towed back to this dealership so we could see what could be done and after i did that i am being told that i am not being provided with another vehicle nor are they willing to give me my money back or any compensation at all. Not to mention that i literally just towed the car back to them about 3 weeks ago. So from june until the end of November. I did not have a drivable vehicle, in which they still expected me to make monthly payments for. I would not recommend this dealership at all. I had to pay money again out of pocket to get a lawyer as well as try to get OMVIC involved.

Amelia was great! Im a working student so money’s pretty tight but Amelia helped me get approved by the bank. She also gave me great choices for cars with affordable prices(for someone like me). Would definitely 10/10 recommend this shop with my family and friends.

He found me in my budget and helped do He did everything in about a week. When I picked up the car it was detailed and registered. The process was easy and smooth. And I would definitely recommending you trying with them before going anywhere else.
