Waste Connections Of Canada - Ajax

This has been a very disappointing experience with this waste company, very ill management system.I have requested to cancel my waste service since last week because the new driver of your company for the route of M1L1C2 danforth avenue is a very lazy worker. He is not picking up the garbage from our bin for the last several months and the company doesn't care about the customers, they just keep sending the invoice without providing the service. I am paying you for doing nothing for a long time.The sales representative is no less the lazy driver, I think they are brothers because since last I am calling the waste company again and again to cancel the service but they telling me that I will get a call from the sales representative.I called last week when they said the sales rep will give a callback the same day, but I got no callback.Yesterday I called them they said the sales rep was on vacation last week, and he will give call back today, but again there was no callback. I called again 4 times today, they are saying that sales will give a callback but I don't know to whom are they giving the callback ??And, surprisingly I got a new invoice yesterday. For what?? are you guys doing this on purpose?? To charge as much as you can ?? Total waste service and 100% waste employees

They are not picking bin and charging without providing the service since last several month and no response when you call for cancelation of service

His approach was what cemented the deal.And then there are the “front line employees” that I have interacted with over the phone, on monthly basis. Everyone has been great, but Paulette and Ryan have always been simply wonderful, and after a while it seemed like I have known them for a long time.It has been a pleasure and a VERY positive experience dealing with Waste Connections. Be careful doing business with these people! They won’t disclose the hidden fee and when you want them to pick up the bin they will slam you with charges! The rep I dealt with left the company and they new one is beyond rude!

Kafil was very proactive and helpful with our account. He helped us negotiate a new contract with great rates! We are happy to remain with Waste Connections over the next 3 years!

Horrible customer service with no accountability of their mistakes and errors. They charge you double of what you are quoted and do not rectify the error until the client points it out and has to follow up repeatedly (days go by without any type of reply or follow up). Even then, it is a constant battle of going after Kafil, the so called retention team at the company, to make sure the issue is corrected. They need to learn how to treat their long term clients well. Forget about cancelling the service cause you will be hit with an astronomical penalty. Even during these hard times, they do not help the small businesses and really don't care whether or not they provide good service or ensuring their clients are happy and satisfied. Steer clear of this company cause all they care about is making money and locking you into a contact that you cannot get out of (without incurring a huge monetary loss).
