I had the best customer experience ever getting a new phone! Tanner made the process absolutely painless!. He was very courteous and friendly while explaining my options and answering my questions in a simple way. Much appreciated by a non-techie person like me! I think I was at the store for almost 2hrs getting a new phone/contract and also the same for my both sons. Komal was not only professional and courteous, but also very patient. She definitely is an asset to the store. The store itself has a great layout. I’m just glad there was a couch and chairs for us to sit on. And watch hockey while we waited!
