Canada Post

My package was stolen by a Canada Post Employee and they are doing nothing about it.When my package arrived, it had been cut open and the contents removed.The package was hand given to me empty by the post man so I know it wasnt taken while sitting in my mailbox. Bunch of unionized thieves.

The folks who work the retail counter here are wonderful. They're patient, friendly, and helpful. I go out of my way to come here, I jokingly say that this is the first post office I've found with friendly clerks.

Lost package during preparing for local delivery the following day. Would only allow me to open a claim online where no one bothered to solve the issue. When they loose something they just sit idle waiting for a new scan" when it needs to be found first to scan it. Wish the government would just defund this service all together

Thanks for sending my package in the community mailbox and leaving no key. As I provided buzz code and waiting at home whole day, it is desperate. It has been two weeks waiting for this location to solve the problem. They keep telling me wait till tomorrow. The total value of the package is over 500, since it is lost , I am gonna call the police.

I mail my parcels at Alloy Drive all the time - the staff are always very friendly and super helpful.

Got a package from them and it was in really rough shape. Luckily the contents were hardly damaged, but still! I also called about a different matter (I had to ship a package) and asked about cost, getting some actual answers was like pulling teeth despite me having all the information they needed. I am not sure what standards they set out for themselves, but it is clearly not high enough for even a two star rating.

The staff and completely undisciplined, from not knowing whats going on, to being unhappy, overworked and rude, and the drivers not wanting to drop off my packages and leaving a post card and running away instead of knocking (before pandemic) they still dont leave postcards when i have a package to pick up, they sometimes do but only half the time, the fact you shortened your hours during the pandemic for safety reasons is B.S. since they are busier than ever and essential, i am an essential workjer and have to work the same hourswhy cant they? it makes no sense and is only making their jobs harder. The management needs to start reading peoples complaints and addressing them because it seems like people are having the same kinds of problems and they have been going on for a long time even before the pandemic. If i could choose a different service i would but they have a monopoly so they figure they dont have to fix their issues i guess, but 0 stars if possible since they have caused me so much stress and made my life harder since i order many things online.

Have an important package, Vehicle ownership, NOT delivered at all, been over due 16days from their timeline, they blame covid, safety b.s., while FedEx, purolater are doing amazingly fine works. These staff need to be disciplined. We tax payers are the sufferers.

When are you resuming operation of mail delivery service around Windsor/blucher?! It has been nealry a month since they stopped delivering mail. Not everyone has the time or means of transportation to go to alloy drive & pick up their mail!

So appalled at the customer service and overall functionality (or lack thereof) of this organization. FedEx is the way to go. My package arrived in thunder bay a week ago and has just been circling around on their trucks - they are so unorganized. Called everyday, opened a ticket, no updates, no resolution, no package yet. Complete disaster of a company.
