The Smiths Falls Ford team is a great bunch of individuals. Tom made my purchasing experience easy and stress free. I was able to get the perfect F150 truck for me. Tom has also kept me up to date with new vehicle models that are available, as I look to purchase other vehicles. The service department usually surprises me, as they are able to identify me and help me with my service requests as soon as I call in, and before I mention my name. To me this is the number one Ford dealership, and I look forward to doing more business with them.

Great customer service. New part had an issue and they adjusted quickly and still managed to complete the work in a timely manner. Everything was explained before any work was done. Quote was good despite the changes taken during the service.

A big thank you to Tim for his help with getting my Bronco secured. After some misunderstandings on order status, Tim stepped in to support and put up with me for 2 months of me peppering him with emails and calls, the entire time showing the patience of a saint. Even after I cancelled the order (the day before it was built - go figure), he still found a way to get me into my Bronco when it finally arrives next month. Best Service EVER!! Hubby bought an Escape a year or so ago... and the other day MY Escape (2013) the battery died... well of course hubby is away and I am essentially stranded in the middle of NO WHERE... Could you believe within 2 hours they sent a service guy to my HOUSE and replaced my battery - left it running to get it all warmed up! That is service! Could not ask for more than that!!! Needless to say - I bought the team PIZZA ... when Hubby comes home... we are getting a new truck... from Smiths Falls Ford!!! Thank you for the FANTASTIC service!!! Loyal customer for life!!!
