Went for a manicure on my own nails. Nail technician was rushing through and did not made a great job. She cut and file my nails very roughly and too short. The nail polish wasnt applied cafefully and started to peel after 2 days. She did made the design I asked but very poorly. Extremely disapointed. I used to go there for pedicure and they are good for that. But manicure? Never again.

I’ve been going to see Vivian for years and she never disappoints. I remain a faithful customer. I can’t say that every technician here deserves 5 stars though. My 5 stars goes to Vivian, as she is the one I continuously go see. If Vivian is unavailable I’ll usually ask Elsa.

Really nice job. I specifically asked for a certain design and the job was beautifully done. I love how it turned out. The price was good and appropriate.

The girl really nailed my nails. I like the atmosphere the service, she really took her time because I wanted so hard my butterfly. Everyone appreciate it. With all of that it was a good price. Thank you Emily (or Emilie) and all the staff

This salon is a hit or miss. I’ve been several times and always left happy before today.I arrived today looking for a fill and a colour change to French and they said they were busy so I made an appointment and agreed to come back later.I came back for my appointment and they were still busy, so the desk lady took me.She started by doing a very sloppy job of removing the original colour. The results are still visible in patches below the French job. I pointed a few patches to her and she told me not to worry about it because they would be covered later. They didn’t get covered and I told her again at the end of the appointment and she said they weren’t noticeable (!!!).She did a very sloppy job of doing the French tips and then later noticed a fibre had dried into one of the nails. She then sanded it off and did a horrible patch job on one of the nails (black and white image). On a few of the nails you can see the tips of the nails underneath.If I go back to this salon I won’t let this lady do them.

Very bad customer service, rude staff and answers back to the customer. I wasn’t satisfied with how nail paint was put on my toes and the lady who did it is blaming me instead. The manager didn’t offer how things can be rectified and still get charged with fee. Very unsatisfied and will not come back to this salon. Thumbs down with the service.

I had a very bad experience in this place. They did my gel manicure before yesterday and the nail polish came off and yesterday I went again and they fixed but today it looks terrible.

The worst place to do your nails. This is supposed to be a refill.. you can see the old set under.. the lady (who sits next to the cash - I believe the owner) broke the old set and didn't bother cleaning it properly before adding the new dip. Definitely not going back there!

I went there to have them remove fake nails from 2 fingers !! Not the both hands! 2 fingers and they made me pay $10. If this is not stealing, I don’t know what it is. Never going there again! My friends warned me against this place but I always like to make my own opinion. Should have listen to them.

This is the last time i’m doing my nails there. Did my nails on a monday… the same week on friday one nail broke. The cause: my old nail was chipped, instead of removing the old one and add a new nail, he put gel over it to “fix it”. LAST TIME
