Great experience here. I came in 20 minutes before closing, and Chris took a look at my laptop and was able to diagnose and fix it in a few minutes. Very knowledgeable, took time to explain what was wrong. I highly recommend this place for computer repair services.

Great experience: prompt and professional service with very reasonable pricing. I took an older work computer in for a tune-up and they had it back within a business day. They recommended a small upgrade that was very reasonable, and I was back to work! Glad I found this shop...

Thanks to the team at Crave Systems in Milton. I had taken my computer somewhere else in town that caused more problems than they fixed. Then they wanted to uninstall and reinstall Windows to fix a problem they caused when updating programs without authorization. Based on reviews I took the computer. They quickly looked at the computer and gave me a time and cost estimate. 3 hours later I had my computer back fixed without touching windows and significantly less than the last place. Make this your first call!

Came here back in August to have my laptop fixed. I thought it was beyond repair after another place couldn’t figure it out and wanted me to have it shipped to their main office to have it checked for $200+. This other place even said I’d probably lose everything saved on my laptop. Decided to try here instead. At Crave, they fixed it for me themselves, and they were really friendly. Chris helped me out he’s awesome. My laptop has being working just great since then. Thanks guys.

I have been dealing with Crave for years and always buy my computers from them, but today was yet another example of why that is. Last night, the screen on my daughter’s laptop went dead. I had bought this computer last May. I called Crave and the phone was answered on the second ring. The gentleman looked up my computer and immediately assured me that it would be covered by warranty. I brought the computer to them at 9:00 this morning. It was fixed (turned out to be a minor issue) and back in my hands by 11:00. Their service is just fantastic!

I came in with serious hardware problems. The staff informed me it would be fairly expensive but it was possible to restart my warranty with the manufacturer. I did do this, for a small cost, and ended up having the repairs covered. I HIGHLY recommend this business for any of your tech problems. Not only professional and informed, but truly ethical!
