Burrito Splendido
I've been avoiding this location for a bit now. I used to go once/twice a week. Now once a month. I came in today and the manager was upfront doing other orders or something. No guests in front of me and I stood there for six minutes until another employee greeted me. It felt like forever and I wasn't sure if he was ignoring me. Simply I always find bad service whenever this manager is on so I and my family avoid going. Very great burritos! Talk to your employees!

Quick and friendly service. I went around closing hour even then the staff greeted me with such energy. Manager was so polite and helpful. Must visit location.Great management

Great food and service!I only recommend ordering out from here, as it is very loud...There was a cooler making constant loud noise the entire time we ate in... There's no kind of sound insulation either, as all you can hear is that cooler, sounds of employees making food n banging, and people talking.

Went there to pick up a burrito tonight and the employee was extremely rude! I could tell he was in a bad mood right from the beginning, but I understand we all have our bad days so I didn’t think much of it. When he started working on my order it just got worse, he was slamming the lids to every ingredient and completely disregarding my portion requests. I would ask for “a little bit” and he would put double the amount of a regular serving. When I politely complaint about the amount of pickled red onions he very annoyingly removed a single piece and continued to put an unreasonable amount of every other ingredient I asked for. My burrito turned out extremely sloppy and fell apart the second I took it out of the wrapper as it wasn’t even properly closed. I worked in customer service for 5 years and even on my worst day I didn’t treat my customers like that.

I love splendido, however this location is goinging downhill fast. In 2015-2020 it was fantastic. Unfortunately over the past couple years this place is getting dumpy. The store is looking run down. I’m not sure if it is new owners, but the quality of the food has significantly decreased, they need to invest in new and more passionate staff. This is upsetting for me because I do love Burrito Splendido, but the St Mary’s location sucks. If you are craving Mexican in the area go 2 minutes across the street to Qdoba you won’t regret it, if you are in St Vital.

The best burrito in Canada. I had an incredible burrito, the best I've had in Canada, and second best in the world, from those I visited. Service was okay, although only moderately friendly.

I visited this restaurant today and it was an amazing experience because the way staff treat their customers providing excellent customer service and it was very quick and nice, food was awesome it looks and fresh. The black shirt guy was very polite and overall I just impress from the customer service. I recommend to go to this restaurant.

We love Splendido Burrito but I feel like it's going downhill. Not sure if there are new owners? Super disappointing because they used to be great. Every time we ask for salsa and sour cream on the side, it's not included in our order and this has happened several times so I don't think it's a mistake. My burrito was also a lot smaller than usual last time we ordered. My child's quesadilla is often burnt.

Friendly staff, had the chicken bowl and food was pretty good. This place is ran better than the Route 90 location. Good sense of humour too with the decorations lol
