C'est la deuxième fois que nous faisons confiance à Renaud Canada pour un achat rachat et je n'ai que de bons commentaires. Le service à la clientèle ici et en France est impeccable: des gens polis, serviables et disponibles. Les voitures étaient prêtes pour la prise en charge ainsi que tous les documents nécessaires. Le retour est tout aussi facile et un service de navette nous prenaient en charge et nous ramenaient, mon mari et moi.Je me sentais en sécurité étant donné que je pouvais les appeler en tout temps. Je le recommande à tous et j'en parle à tous mes amis voyageurs.Merci

Personally Renault is a really good car and I have seen it used by many people in many countries like Mexico and India. It is a reliable car. Sad that you can't buy the car in Canada. But, still you can lease it. It is a good performance car and has excellent technology inside, very luxurious.

We couldn't be happier with our lease from Renault Canada. From arriving at the pick up location through to dropping the car off at the location, the service could't have been better. The vehicle was as advertised and was very reliable for us. The pick up at the airport on arrival and then taking us to our hotel after dropping us off was an added benefit. Thanks

Nous avons apprécié le véhicule loué, toutefois, la prise quand on arrive au terminal 3 est moins pratique. Aussi, nos documents n'indiquaient nullement le numéro du terminal, on a donc dû faire quelques allers-retour pour obtenir l'information du lieu du fameux téléphone à utiliser pour appeler. Les gens à l'aéroport n'étaient pas des plus conviviaux pour nous donner les informations. Idem pour le lieu de retour du véhicule dans le 12e arrondissement. Pas évident de bien comprendre par ou entrer, une fois que l'on sait ça va, le monsieur au comptoir a été très gentils. POur le reste, c'était OK.

We used the Renault Buy Back program to get a Dacia Duster. We drove from Italy to Portugal. We were very impressed with the car and the seamless pickup and return provided by a Renault. The service manual was written in French so we used YouTube to learn about the features of the car. Our car was a standard transmission, with diesel fuel. We were very impressed with the fuel economy of the the vehicle.

We've used Renault Canada's Eurodrive service for 15 years, and we love it. We particularly like the fact that we get the exact car we order, rather than what happens to be on the lot at a rental agency.We have driven Clios, Clio Estates, Capturs, and one Kadjar. We've been happy with them all. We miss the Clio Estate, which is no longer available. It was long enough to easily fit two bikes in the back, with one wheel off (each bike) and the seats down. The Captur is almost as roomy, but not quite as nice to drive as the Clio Estate.The all-inclusive insurance and brand-new vehicle provide peace of mind. Twice our car has had a window broken in a burglary and the repairs were carried out quickly. The insurance process was relatively straightforward the one time we needed to claim for belongings stolen from the car. Once our car was 'keyed' the night before it's return to Renault, yet there were no issues raised related to that damage.The pickup process can be longer at CDG airport in Paris, due to the number of arrivals and the size of the airport, but at smaller airports like Marseille-Marignane it is fast, easy and friendly. Dropping off at CDG is fast and efficient.We've considered buying a car and leaving it to use over and over again, but the convenience and peace of mind of the Renault system keeps us coming back.

Car rental experience was great but their roadside assistance is garbage. Roadside assistance left my parents stranded for hours on the side of the road when their car broke down on the highway. I had to intervene and get the company involved as they were waiting in their car for hours. The following day roadside assistance called them and advised someone would be picking them up to drop them off to get a new car rental. They dropped them off at a location and told them a car was waiting for them inside and took off. When my parents got inside they were informed there were no car rental waiting for them under their name. Absolutely the worst experience. I would not recommend this company.

The lease arrangement with Renault Canada was easy and convenient. This is the third year that we have done this while travelling in Spain and Portugal. The retrieval and return of the car in Lisbon was efficient and painless with pleasant and helpful staff. Our little Renault Captur was the perfect size for us -- and being able to order diesel, automatic, and GPS means that we have the car we want and need for our travel.
