When you buy there, they say that anything go wrong with your order, they will take care of you.. The blinds I bought had one vertical too many and went there to be told it was normal and they wouldn't do anything,, For God sake there is 2 panel that are over each other on each end..I had another order there that was not yet arrived and just cancel it. I will never put a feet back in there.. Just see the picture if this is normal

Bought some blinds from the online store 2 years ago and one of them broke recently . Went to the store and they were very kind, took the time to look thru their system and in 3 days I had a new store to replace the old one.The lady who assisted me simply made things easy, with a smile and in a relaxed atmosphere.

Lea was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and made it easy for me to decide what exactly I needed. The installer, Waqas, was efficient, on time, and did a perfect job. I would recommend this place to anyone I know. :)

Customer service is top notch and the installer was so friendly and very efficient with setting everything up for us. We are very happy and satisfied with our new blinds and will definitely be back for more.

Haven't received the products ordered yet but wanted to shout out the great service I received in store. Brigitte and one of her collegues was extremely patient even with us being super indecisive because of the many colours and style available. She took the extra steps to help us vision what the products will look like in our new home. Can't recommend enough for customer service. Installation has a reasonable price also for a whole house it is not worth the hassle to DIY in our case. Big thank you to those two employees that made the shopping experience great for more than one visit.

Amazing service. We visited the store on Jan 29 and were helped very quickly by Delwende, who was really great at helping us narrow down what we were looking for. We purchased two cellulaire in grey (light filtering, not black-out) and she processed the order like an expert. The blinds were ready and installed on Jan 9 by the nicest person, Christian. He wore a mask the whole time without even asking, he called before he arrived and installed the blinds very quickly.Overall, I am super impressed with this business and wish all of my home improvement projects went this smoothly. Very happy with the finished product.

Pull down blinds are of excellent quality. Were completed on time and the salesperson Kossiwa did an expert job helping me pick the right model and colour. Couldn't be more pleased with the result.

We drove here afterwork from wakefield with our 2 years old toddler. We had to wait a while before we could get service.After finally discussing with the rep we were given very little options (we came here because we wanted options) and once we settled and had an invoice ready we mentioned that we wanted to think about it - I mentioned that we live near wakefield and if we could call to finalise the purchase by creditcard and was told NO. That hey were giving instore customers priority - I guess the fact that I waited 30 mins for service and was instore that day didn't count!?!?!So I ended up buying my blinds online for half the price and they were delivered faster then what the store had offered. I am happy to shop local but really I wasted ao much time driving here and honestly so disappointed by the service and the lack of accomodation. In this Covid era you would think that accomodations is at the very top of small shop minds...I really dislike leaving negative reviews but time and time again this place has disapointed me.

What a great team of professionals. My experience at the store was stellar. They answered all my questions, gave me solid good advice, suggestions and respected my budget! The person who took measurements was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient and provided great advice on the length of the length of the remote wand. The installer was amazing.. Friendly, efficient, professional and just did an amazing job. I love my new blinds!!! Thank you to everyone involved!!
