Doctor and vet assistances were all very helpful and super friendly! Also very reasonably priced. Thank you!

Prices and doctors are good, however the receptionist is rude and wasn’t wearing a mask (at the time when it was required). The receptionist and other workers are also very judgemental and make you feel bad when you can’t afford to pay for treatments or surgeries right away. They were also offering free nail trim but they cut too close to the quick and my dog’s nails were bleeding. Very disappointed.

Called the hospital for a rundown on vaccines my kitten needed for a second dose. The girl on the phone sounded unsure and began to list dog vaccines. When I asked specifically about the feline leukaemia vaccine, she did not know what this vaccine was for. As a receptionist for an animal hospital, it is unacceptable for the front desk attendant to give wrong information or know nothing about the subject.I waited 40 minutes for the doctor to come into our examination room. The room had pee on the bed and you could hear a dog crying very loudly as all the doors were open, making me and my kitten feel unsettled. This environment is disgusting as pets are already anxious at the vet.My kitten was diagnosed with an ear infection. He explained to me that the kitten needed to be sedated in order for him to clean her ears. As a new kitten owner, I am unaware of the procedures for ear infections and like many others just trust veterinarys’ advice. Later after going to another vet and researching online did I find out that kittens do not need to be sedated for their ears to be cleaned.My kitten shows no aggression and did not move at all when being weighed or having her physical examination. This sedation was uncalled for and unnecessary which shows just how incompetent this doctor and hospital is. I was not told of the risks and consequences of sedating a kitten, and was not given the option not to sedate. My cat is still suffering from the aftermath of this malpractice.The invoice ended up being hundreds of dollars. I panicked and agreed to the treatment immediately because I did not want my cat’s ear infection to worsen. Later on when I contacted other vets they quoted me $100 for this same treatment. They also advised me it is extremely rare for cats to be sedated for an ear cleaning.The nurse was “unable” to provide me with a full invoice/price breakdown until after I paid. The nurse didn’t even allow to see my cat until the bill was paid. The nurse brought the kitten out and handed her to me without putting her into the carrier (she was very out of it and sleepy at the time).I asked the nurse to shave my kitten’s under area for better cleaning and there is now matting in her fur. From start to finish, this experience has been absolutely outrageous. The doctors in this hospital showed little care for my cat and the other patients. They rushed without explaining in full detail the treatment plans. I feel like I have been upsold and overcharged. Please do not come here or support this kind of hospital.

The treatment and diagnosis on my dog was probably fine… but felt slightly not clean / sterile…. the towel they put our dog on was stained and the vet put the syringe in his mouth… thermometer and blood samples weren’t sanitized before straight up poking my dog with it… just didn’t feel clean

Staff are friendly and very patient with the animals. Our cat becomes very anxious the moment we put her in the crate, but Dr. Aulakh does a great job at calming her. He also examines her thoroughly and takes the time to explain everything to us.

I know my little dog Darby is in great hands with Dr. Aulahk. He is kind, compassionate and knowledgeable. He is now our forever vet.❤️

Dr. Aulakh is wonderful. He is very knowledgeable and always takes time to clearly explain treatment options so we can make an informed decision. We trust him completely!

No 2 Rd Animal Hospital is great. The veterinarians are extremely knowledgeable and are able to explain things so the average layman can understand. They have very reasonable prices. The veterinary assistance are very caring and take great care of our cats. They also have an online booking service connected to an app that makes appointments easy to get and information on your pets healthcare past at your fingertips.

My cat was injured and i called, they have room and let me go right away, gave my cat the care he needs and he has recovered.Great all around
