The so-called doctor named Rubal comes on a pirate radio, which is in Punjabi language, Shere Punjab, or KRPI, and advertises his 'medicines'. Most of the listeners are of rural Punjab background and have no basic knowledge how medicines work or where to seek medical advice. They fall in trap of such quacks. The radio host Harjit Gill promotes the business of this quackery in Canada through his spicy talks in Punjabi.
