Jason and his team have been my property managers since the last company they were at. I was happy to follow them to JML.They've been great at finding me tenants, dealing with emergencies like replacing a broken hot water heater or dealing with plumbing issues, plus lower urgency things like meeting the gas company to get my services turned on.Always great to talk to on the phone, and I love their online portal because it shows in superb detail my financial history (income/expense) and conversations/events related to my property.
