Honest, respectful, quality service. I'm very glad I found this store and will be a regular. I brought an old watch for repair but was amazed by great selection they carried. I bought a few gifts for my wife and daughter... I will be back and I will recommend this place to my friends and family...

I was only in town for a couple of days. I bought a beautiful ring but it was too small for my fingers. The owner was such a sweetheart, she drove to the goldsmith herself to make sure it would be ready before I left town. Next time I'm in Edmonton, I'll make sure to stop by again!

They don’t deserve any star. I am giving 0 star. They spoiled my full day and money. Never recommend anyone here. Worst service..Editing my review now after getting their reply on my review that I verbally abused them.. i didn’t abused at all and my partner was with me. And i came for exchange because they didn’t return it and they are replying that they returned. Worst service plus liars.

Old sales lady was extremely rude to me today. I will never go there or recommend this place to other people. Such a pity because they have a nice collection but their staff push people away!

Love this place! Great service as they listen to all your wishes and needs. Bought a lovely set of earrings and a beautiful matching ring here and got a LOT compliments about it. Next time visiting Edmonton, sure I’m coming by the store again!
