I was in a MASSIVE (7 semis , 4 cars ) pileup in January . Immediately after the accident I could barely walk and , to start with , Aletha had to be very gentle when massaging me , especially my legs . Through her expert knowledge and technique , I was soon walking more easily / less painfully . Continuing sessions have resulted in much greater whole body flexibility and range of motion and I credit her skills with being almost ready to go back to work . Can not say enough good things about her abilities !!

I would rate Sitka Health Centre 10 stars if I could. They are very professional and care greatly about their clients. They have helped me immensely. I travel 40km to go there to get treatment. I wouldn't hesitate to drive alot further. They are the best!

My back pain disappeared completely after Aletha gave me a massage. She was extremely professional and lovely to talk to, and gave me clear instructions on how to stretch my back so that my problem doesn’t occur again. Thank you so much Aletha!!

Aletha simply rocks! She has helped me with a variety of chronic tensions and some injuries. Her sensitivity is amazing - reading my tolerance of the pressure and strength of her massage and backing off just that little bit so that its not too much. She has helped me with yoga adjustments so that I stop injuring myself (duh) - and educates about stretches and exercises to keep strength and flexibility. Her strength and skill are perfect. Can't recommend her highly enough!

Both Aletha and Bogdan are exceptional RMT's. I have been seeing Aletha regularly for over a year, and in that time she has helped me immensely. Whether I am being treated for an acute injury, or receiving massage for stress relief, I have always walked out of her office floating like a feather.I've recently begun seeing Bogdan as well, who's approach to massage incorporates a real deal of education and often stretching or exercises to help with specific areas.I could not recommend these two more, I highly suggest you book in with either of them!
