We were in to do some research on porch railing installation. A staff member was very helpful and took the time to go over the available options and the how to. This is a typical experience in this store. Always very helpful.

These guys need to send some staff to the Exeter store and teach them proper business procedures and customer service! Thanks for the help moffet and powell Mitchell!!! Great service!!! Anyone reading this, run away from the exeter location. Don't even go through the front doors! Drive to Mitchell and get treated right!

Excellent service and help from the staff....along with a few good laughs plus the things i was looking for were 5$ cheaper than other canadian stores! Once again Rona and staff doing a great job for all of us!
